Ingredients

Cola flavour: beta-alanine, flavouring, colouring - ammonia caramel, maltodextrin, sweeteners: aspartame and acesulfame K, anti-caking agent - silicon oxide.

Apple flavour: beta-alanine, flavouring, maltodextrin, colouring - carotenes, sweeteners: aspartame and acesulfame K, anti-caking agent - silicon oxide.

Strawberry flavour: beta-alanine, flavouring, maltodextrin, sweeteners: aspartame and acesulfame K, anti-caking agent - silicon oxide, colouring - cochineal red (may have an adverse effect on children's activity and attention).

Recommended use

Mix 3.5 g (1 scoop, 5 ml) of this product in 250 ml of water or another beverage. Take before training.
