Instructions for use 

1. Recommended size: The stated ball size refers to the maximum diameter. The FitBall 85 cm fitness ball is recommended to be inflated to a diameter of 80 cm.
2. To inflate the ball to its final size, it needs to be inflated twice. After the first inflation, it is ideal to wait 24 hours and then top it off to its maximum size.
3. Keep the ball at a safe distance from painted walls, wooden furniture, or areas where woodwork is done. Also, protect it from your pets, as they could damage it.
4. Do not use the ball on slippery surfaces such as wooden floors or tiles, especially when exercising or sitting on the ball.
5. If you plan to use the ball as a birthing tool or exercise aid during pregnancy, consult your doctor first.
6. Store the ball in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated environment.
7. When cleaning the ball, do not use highly acidic or alkaline cleaning agents. Do not expose the ball to direct sunlight and avoid storing it in high temperatures.
8. The ball can support a maximum weight of 150-200 kg. When using the ball, pay attention to weight distribution and avoid overloading it in one specific area.
