Recommended use
Mix two heaping scoops of the product (334 g) with 7 dcl of water.
Tips: Mixing two scoops of Serious Mass with 7 dcl of low-fat milk will give you a thicker, creamier and more caloric shake. The recommended intake for new users is ½ the daily serving during the first week and then gradually you can increase the serving.
- Between meals: Drink a 1/2-1 serving between meals to maintain a positive nitrogen balance and to promote a high calorie diet.
- After exercise: Start by taking 1/2-1 serving 30-45 minutes after exercise to promote rapid regeneration.
- Before bedtime: Take a 1/2-1 serving about 45-60 minutes before bedtime, which will provide you with nutrients to promote rapid regeneration during the night.
