Instant Mass® Heavyweight is a combination of quality proteins, carbohydrates, creatine, chelated minerals, and vitamins, which supply 1089 kcal in one serving. More precisely, the source of 60 g of protein is whey protein hydrolyzate, selective bioactive whey concentrate, natural whey isolate, which is known for its high BCAA content, and ultra filtered micellar casein. Due to the fact that it is a combination of quickly and slowly absorbed proteins, they will start to enter your body almost immediately. However, thanks to the last-mentioned type of protein, the body will be supplied for more than four hours.

Recommended use
