Iso Active is an instant isotonic drink in the form of a well-soluble powder. It will help replenish important substances that the body sweats out during sports. Iso Active is an isotonic drink that helps your body replenish important substances naturally lost through sweat. What's more, it contains carbohydrates that replenish energy, especially during endurance sports. The product also contains B vitamins, which have an irreplaceable role in the body. For example, vitamin B2 contributes to the right metabolism important for energy production, protection of cells from oxidative stress or reduction of fatigue and exhaustion. Vitamin B6, in turn, has an effect on the proper functioning of the psyche, immunity or regulation of hormonal activity. Vitamin B5 contributes to healthy mental function, or vitamin B12 contributes to proper metabolism of homocysteine, red blood cell production, and the proper functioning of immunity.
In addition, the product is enriched with important minerals, such as sodium and potassium. These are lost through sweat, and therefore it is necessary to replenish them, as they contribute to optimal hydration. Another mineral is magnesium, which is especially popular among athletes. It contributes to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion, the balance of electrolytes, proper metabolism important for energy production, the functioning of the nervous system and the psyche or muscles.

Recommended use
Dissolve 1 scoop of powder/sachet (31.5 g) in 500 ml of water and mix well. Use approximately 200 ml before, during (every 15 minutes) or after exercise.
