Isodrink is isotonic and hypotonic drink in dependence upon the way of using. Isotonic drink is designed for activities with very high intensity and relatively short duration (approximately up to 60 minutes). Use hypotonic drink during performance with longer duration (over 60 minutes) and during activities with lower intensity, drink 100 ml of drink each 10 minutes.

Orange flavour: Saccharose, glucose, maltodextrin, acid regulator citric acid, aroma, sodium citrate, stabilizer carrageenan, sodium chloride, acid regulator malic acid, dye beta carotene, calcium gluconate, potassium gluconate, anticaking agent calcium phosphate, multivitamin mixture (vitamins C, B3, E, B5, B6, B2, B1, folic acid, biotin, B12), anticaking agent silicon dioxide, magnesium citrate, sweeting sucralose and acesulfame K.

Dosing

Use hypotonic drink during performance in order to hydrate the organism. Use isotonic drink during performance for supply of energy and lost minerals. It can be used also before competition for pre-supply of carbohydrates and minerals. 

• proportion of dilution for ISOtonic drink is 35 g (slightly above top of dose) per 500 ml of water (osmolality 275-305 mOsm / kg)
• proportion of dilution for HYPOtonic drink is 35 g per 750 ml of water (osmolality less than 250 mOsm / kg)

Sprinkle the recommended amount of powder into small amount of non sparkling water, mix and fill to the required volume. Sparkling waters are not suitable to use for drink preparation, it would lead to mineral balance disrupt.
